• Facilitator's Triangle - comprehensible chunks, paraphrase, (summarize or something else . . . ) As facilitator, you are in control, it is a role to facilitate, and this is not just to type but to steer conversational framework in a focused direction.

• 126 sheets of paper and 24 minutes to distribute hard copy notes to 7 teams, nine people on each team (two classroom teachers, admin, coach, sped, reading, ell, read right, titel one)

Enhancements 10/30/2010

• Add a password to be able to open pdfs
• Student counters for lists of student names
• HOw can I as a specialists or anyone search action plans w/o opening logs or scanning an entire action plan report (is there even one?)
• Some kind of useage report for different features so an admin can easily see what is being used & how much it is being used
• Ability to read agenda note comments from agenda notes page
• Add emails of guests at collab meetings so that they get the log emailed to them
• Option to "Send me action plan reminder email" when creating action plans
• Groups report - print/show "All" teachers/groups (same w data by group)
• Select more than one but less than all teams an agenda note
• Look at essential learning topics accross subjects and/or grade levels (some way to view essentials vertically to help with curriculum alignment
• What should be in the student alert info for a collab log?
• Intervention drop down and total time provided to group
• See all groups, click and drag students
• Be able to give small groups different assessments (w/o having to set up subject, topics, etc) - Like RR gives its own assessment, Reading SPec gives her own, and classroom teachers give their own . . . what does this look like?

• Action Steps- for who is responsible, ability to add "other" or/and "All" etc . . .
